We are all condemned from time of our first cry
Through closed eyelids flows the light of other sun
We born like angels but sorrow paints
with pain of loss our wings in deepest black
Daybreak shall erase the dust of my days...
Heavens? I dont need it anymore...
My world is melting on sunrise
And white wings in the winds of fall
Are burning in flames
over horizon you'll meet me again
In my dreams you're smiling at the stars
their light is too far to heal my bleeding scars
like leaf in fall i scream with no sound
letting my swansong fly over the skies
daybreak shall erase the dust of my days...
Heavens? I dont need it anymore...
My world is melting on sunrise
And white wings in the winds of fall
Are burning in flames
over horizon you'll meet me again
I'm praying for nothing
In the ocean of mourning tides
concealing my last steps
Wash away all my life
I know that
somewhere there in the stars you'll meet me
Just one breath, just one step into flames of the dawn
Setting my wings on fire

It's hard to pick a favourite track. This is the only album i have so far deemed as "perfect", where every track, even the intro, is just a masterpiece in its own right. From the hard hitting Perturbator's Theme to the emotional title track, its 68 minutes of perfection. 10/10. connivingkhajiit

While there's just no beating Starlifter as a track, Venator is likely Mechina's best full album so far (possibly behind Siege). It starts out strong and ends with a trio of 10/10 masterpieces, with the perfect blend of catchy rhythms, story depth and musical complexity. _shadowstorm_
